World's First Biofermented Civet Coffee


Civet Coffee or Luwak Coffee is one of the most expensive coffe in the world. This coffee is made of coffee beans that has been eaten and through the digestive tract of civet (Paradoxurus Hermaphroditus), it is a kind of weasel that can be found on Southern Sumatra and some parts of Java.


Civet is frugivores, it is kind of animal eating fruits as the mainly food. One of civet's favourite fruit is coffee fruit, but they never eat coffee fruits carelessly. Civets have very good instincts in finding best coffee fruits.
